If you are Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Manager, you don't need to know about Jira everything. Additionally, you won't be able to create projects and workflows as this part of Jira requires access to Jira administrator permissions. That's why you should focus on Search, Filters and Dashboards. For example, do you know that Scrum or Kanban Board is also a filter in Jira? 

I have worked with Scrum Masters, managers, and BA's for the last ten years, and if I can give one tip regarding mastering Jira like a pro, it will be paying much more attention to Search, Filters, and mastering JQL.
